Unlimited 5G data in Switzerland, unlimited calls within Switzerland, unlimited roaming data in selected countries (high speed data for the first 60 GB, after that reduced speed (256 kbit/s for downloads and 128 kbit/s for uploads), unlimited roaming calls in selected countries (within the country, between the countries, from the selected countries to Switzerland).

This plan does not include international calls made from Switzerland to foreign countries. If you want to make calls from Switzerland to foreign countries, you need to activate the International Calling additional option.

Value-added services, such as calls and SMS are not available.

Roaming means using your mobile phone abroad through a foreign mobile network. This lets you make calls and browse the internet while travelling. 

Data roaming means using mobile data (e.g. internet, apps, emails) abroad. Your device automatically connects to a partner network so you can stay online. 

All our main plans run on the 5G network of Sunrise. If your phone does not support 5G yet, don’t worry – you can still use our network without any issues. All plans also run on the 4G network.

After completing your order successfully, you will receive the SIM of your choice. eSIMs are available to download instantly after you have successfully completed your order. If you selected a SIM card, it will be delivered to you by Swiss Post. Make sure that your address is correct.

Customers are obligated to accept a minimum of 60 days minimum service duration when submitting their orders. The 60 days minimum service duration is counted from the day of activation of the service. During these 60 days period, customers can deactivate their main plan (Surf, Swiss, Surf Europe, Europe). The deactivation will be set after the 60th day. Due to this, customers are obligated to pay for at least one renewal of the main plan. First month fee is paid at the time of placing the order.

With swype, you pay for your plan in advance, either using TWINT or by credit card. All services are unlimited, so you’ll always have full control over your costs, and you’ll never receive an invoice.

eSIMs are available for all swype mobile plans. When you sign up in the swype app, you can choose an eSIM – the app automatically detects whether your smartphone supports it. You can change your SIM type anytime directly in the app.

SIM costs are charged once:
• eSIM: CHF 5.–
• SIM card: CHF 9.–
