Unlimited 5G data in Switzerland, unlimited calls & SMS within Switzerland and unlimited roaming data in selected countries (high-speed data for the first 60 GB, then reduced speed (256 kbit/s download and 128 kbit/s upload)). Value-added services such as calls and SMS aren’t available.

With this rate plan, you can only make calls within Switzerland. It’s not possible to make calls within the 41 countries or from Switzerland to other countries. If you want to make calls from Switzerland to other countries, you need to activate the International Calls service option. If you want to make calls abroad, you’ll need to upgrade your rate plan to swype Europe or activate the Roaming option.

Roaming means using your mobile phone abroad through a foreign mobile network. This lets you make calls and browse the internet while travelling. 

Data roaming means using mobile data (e.g. internet, apps, emails) abroad. Your device automatically connects to a partner network so you can stay online. 

Our main rate plans all operate on the Sunrise 5G network. If your smartphone doesn’t yet support 5G, don’t worry – you can still use our network without any problems. All rates also work on the 4G network.

Once you successfully complete your order, you’ll receive the SIM card of your choice. The eSIM will be available for download immediately after the order is placed. If you choose a SIM card, it will be sent to you by post. Please make sure your address is correct.

When customers place an order, they are obliged to accept a minimum contract period of 60 days for the service. The 60-day minimum contract period starts on the day the service is activated. During this 60-day period, customers can deactivate their main rate plan (Surf, Swiss, Surf Europe, Europe). It will be deactivated after the 60th day. For this reason, customers are obliged to pay for at least one extension of the main rate. The fee for the first month is paid at the time the order is placed.

With swype, you pay your rate plan in advance, either via TWINT or by credit card. Unlimited services, so you always have full cost control and never receive a bill.

eSIMs are available for all swype mobile plans. When you sign up in the swype app, you can choose an eSIM – the app automatically detects whether your smartphone supports it. You can change your SIM type anytime directly in the app.

SIM costs are charged once:
• eSIM: CHF 5.–
• SIM card: CHF 9.–
